OMNICHROMA Blocker Universal Opaque Composite, Syringe 4.0 g (Tokuyama, Japan)
Ref: 10115
OMNICHROMA Blocker from Tokuyama Dental is a "universal opaque" composite used to simulate irregular dentin when restoring deep / through defects.
OMNICHROMA Blocker eliminates excessive translucency, completely blocking the grey spectrum at a layer thickness of 0.5 mm. It does not change color or translucency during light curing (20 seconds per 2 mm layer) and can be combined with any composites, including those from other manufacturers.
OMNICHROMA Blocker is typically placed lingually/palatally to model the palatal/lingual wall of the restoration. In non-vital and light-colored teeth with increased opacity, OMNICHROMA Blocker is moved towards the center of the restoration. In extensive through defects, low-modulus / packable Body shades are applied between OMNICHROMA Blocker and OMNICHROMA to restore volume and provide a color base matching the tooth shade.
